Proof, not empty talk
A candle maker, an herbal supplement manufacturer, and a chamber of commerce have almost nothing in common, except that each one needed marketing that fit them and nobody else. That’s the job. Here’s how it went three times.

Digital & Visual
Better World Botanicals
Better World Botanicals built a thriving supplement business on wholesale accounts and phone-in orders. No website, no online sales, and sales still climbing. But the growth Henry wanted was outside the phone line, with customers who had never heard of the company. We built their first storefront from the catalog up: 77 products, 198 variants, every SKU matched to their books. Six months after launch, a channel that didn’t exist is taking real orders.
Marketing
Holmes County Chamber of Commerce
Keep the Visitors Guide small or go back to the bigger format? Stay in print or move the budget to digital? The Chamber’s board could have debated those questions forever, because everyone had a defensible opinion and nobody had evidence. We ran two moderated focus groups and let the room talk past the script. Four decisions closed outright, and the strongest finding was something nobody had thought to ask about.
Branding & Web Design
Cottage Lights Candle Co.
The hard part wasn’t that Cottage Lights’ branding was failing. It was that it wasn’t. When a candle company people already trust wants something more refined, every change risks trading recognition for polish. So we started with research instead of sketches, kept what had earned its place, and elevated the rest. The first logo draft was approved on the spot, and online revenue is up 18.7% since the new site launched.
