Hi, I'm Emily! Thank you for your interest in Creative Quo.

Our mission is to inspire positive, lasting change for every one of our clients. On our own we can make only a small impact, but together we bring positive change to the world through hard work and a dedication to interacting with others in kindness and generosity.

I started the business in 2017 to fulfill my personal need for creativity, and it has facilitated an unbelievable amount of learning and growing for me personally. While I'm no longer in the day-to-day of creating, I am fulfilled working behind the scenes as support to our team, building systems, and leaning into being the visionary for the company.

All that being said, I get it. I get the long days, the grind, and the hard — and I celebrate the wins and the beauty that comes from hard work. Because I get it, I'm here for you, business owner to business owner. Truly, my heart's desire is that you will thrive because you're able to let go of the things bogging you down (aka branding and marketing).

Hi, I'm Karlie!

Design has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and creativity has always fueled me.

I earned my degree from Ohio University, blending studies in design, real estate, and marketing to build a well-rounded creative and business foundation. Every project and challenge has shaped the designer I am today. I'm driven to bring a business's vision board to life through colors, fonts, and structure.

Through it all, I take on this fun-filled life with my boyfriend, Jayce, and my chocolate lab, Mia.

Hi, I'm Teresa!

Those who know me would tell you I love to sing, garden, and solve problems. I have a degree in Strategic Communication from the Danish School of Media and Journalism, and though I have an international background, I've found my home here in Ohio. I love the innovation and entrepreneurship of this community.

My focus is strategy. Whether it's marketing or digital, I make sure every part of your communication is pulling in the same direction. Data should drive decisions, goals should be measurable, and marketing works best when we know what problems we're solving. I can't wait to help you make a difference in the world through your business's success.

Hi, I'm Shelli!

I'm a graphic design enthusiast who loves creating fun, timeless designs with one simple goal: to make people smile. I strive to capture what makes each brand special and turn it into something that connects and inspires.

When I'm not busy bringing ideas to life on my screen, you'll usually find me crocheting something colorful, playing piano just for the joy of it, or thrifting my way through stacks of vintage treasures. Creativity is my happy place, and I love finding little ways to share that joy with others.

Hi, I'm Roselyn!

Marketing, to me, is about more than how something looks. It's about the story it tells and the feeling it leaves behind. I'm drawn to design that feels effortless and intentional, elegant yet natural, where thoughtful details come together to create a lasting experience. This is what I love to do.

I find inspiration in travel, quiet mornings with a coffee, and influences like Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and the storytelling of a Nancy Meyers film. I believe less is always more: one meaningful detail is more powerful than many without intention.

Outside of work, I'm happiest collecting inspiration, getting lost on Pinterest, and spending time with my husband, Thatcher.

My creative side has always guided me through life. As a creator, I'm driven by turning ideas into meaningful, visually engaging work that connects, communicates, and tells a story.

Every project pushes me to think differently and create with intention. With a background in design, marketing, and business-focused creativity, I specialize in building cohesive, authentic visuals that bring brands to life.

Outside of work, I enjoy life's simple moments with my boyfriend, Corbin, and our ornery black lab, Arrow.
